The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Workplace Health Without Borders (WHWB) will take place on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (16:00 UTC) by teleconference via Zoom.

The AGM is an opportunity for us to reflect on the past year for WHWB, look ahead to the coming year, and elect members of the Board of Directors.  Please come and learn about our plans and how you can get involved in working toward our vision of a world where workers, their families, and communities do not get ill because of their work.

Materials for the meeting, including the agenda, draft minutes of the 2023 AGM, proxy form and the financial statement will be available in the folder at this link:

In accordance with the Canada Not for Profit Corporations Act, the WHWB Financial Statement is available to members at the head office of WHWB (75 Courtneypark Drive West, Unit 1, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada) and through email on request.  An electronic copy is in the folder referenced above.

If you do not plan to attend the meeting, you have the right to vote by proxy.  If you wish to do so, please download and fill out the proxy form in the folder and return to me by mail or email by November 8.
